Please do not miss Generate tonight! If you’ve ever been hurt or broken, this night is for you.
If you haven’t dealt with your pain or hurt, this night is for you.
Find freedom and liberty with us as we journey through Jonah 2 and his prayer of thanksgiving in the midst of pain.
Praying fervently for you!

I love the fact that when I’m preaching God’s word at times I feel a bit redundant when it comes to talking about God’s nature. However, they say that redundancy is the key to effective communication.
If that’s true, then God is effectively communicating to us He is a God of mercy, grace, second chances, and also the God that is near to the brokenhearted.
As all of creation groans because of the pain and suffering it must endure, still God is near to the hurting.
With all of the noise of the world fighting it’s way into the void of our hearts, God whispers gently He is present.
In the midst of your own despair and turmoil, God cries for you and with you.
This week, we will explore more of God’s incredible nature and sovereignty, and I pray you will invite your friends and family who have been hurt or are hurting, and need healing.
May the God of the brokenhearted whisper to you this week.

It’s funny how some stories from the Bible have been used so many times, they actually become more like fairy-tales than actual true-life events.
One of those stories is about a man named Jonah, who repeatedly ignored God’s commands only to find himself stuck in the belly of a whale. Silly? Not at all, in fact there is a story of a man with in the last 50 years or so that fell overboard from a fishing vessel and was swallowed by a whale only to be found 3 days later alive when the whale was captured.
If that still seems far fetched, I’ve witnessed people stuck in horrible situations much worse than being the belly of whale, only because they refused to be obedient to God’s calling.
The best part of the story, through Jonah, we witness the grace of God and the blessing of His second chances.

If you missed Generate last night, then you missed one of “THE” most emotional, tear-filled and purest moments of worship when we had our “disAbilities” ministry co-led worship with Natalya.
I don’t think I need to say or write anymore, the picture says it all.

Super excited for tonight’s series launch and all the incredible things we have coming in the next few weeks.
Be on the look out for “Gracie” (pictured above) at Generate tonight, as we unleash the power of the second chance and all of God’s grace.
The message is simple: no matter how many times you’ve failed, no matter how bad you’ve messed up there will always be a round 2! This fight is not over.
We are People Of The Second Chance.
